How got started
Ranchview Jerky, Darren and Antoinette Hill, Carson City, Nevada; we have always loved being in the kitchen and around people. We competed in cooking contests, baking and going to street festivals. Noticing that beef jerky was always a big hit at all events. In 2017 we decided to start selling jerky made from beef brisket. Brisket makes a very rich and delightfully tender jerky.
